Last year this time we had snow on the ground but not this time so far thank goodness because it has been sunny and quite a bit warmer.
Tootles...Chris
:))) this is what is fascinating me in winter when snow lies in the city also! I always wished to have the possibility to take a photo out of one of the windows round the market place when snow fell over night. it must look perfect because there are all these traces of people and some animals all cut one's own path and sometimes share the other ones...
Love, Birgit
On flat ground so much activity, but snow on the ground , one thing I know its not 20 C (68 F) there like it is here. If like last year I won't see snow here , it is on higher ground ,on the mountains ,which suits me :-)
Happy days

Crazy tracks, you get the sneaking impression that from 40 feet up they all resolve into a recognisable pattern that explains some great mystery like the Da Vinci Code, the truth behind Kennedy and the best way to never get a skin on your custard.
The classic British red telephone box is very rare now, they've been phased out years back and only now remain either in isolated rural villages where its not worth upgrading to new boxes or they remain in historic areas like this and the nearby Royal Mile. Other than that they've gone like the Doctor Who style Police Box and mostly long gone
Only the Friends/Favorites of glaciergirl1 can post to this guestbook.
Thanks, Cindy.
I like your writing style :-} ! (And the words, too, heh-heh!)
Nice tundra feeling to your tracking shot. Seems like a lot of activity for that barren expanse, and yet everyone strode off purposefully.
No meandering in the cold, I guess is the watchword for y'all now.
Warm hugs, Paul
