October 31, 2009 - Taipei, Taiwan. From the Chenggong Bridge shooting west at Taipei 101. When those concrete knobby things in the water are visible, the water level is pretty darned low, I think. We've had some pretty low water situations this year, but it has always recovered. Kodak BW400CN @ ISO 200 w/red filter. Red filter probably not the best choice.
