11/20/09Blah - I'm still down with a virus, but getting better. I'll be ready for my usual walk in the woods tomorrow, and even better for Thanksgiving vacation all next week!

sorry to hear you are sick. i had something that lasted a couple of weeks, and just getting over it.
the closest i could come to identifying that caterpillar is that it resembles some virginia tiger moth caterpillars. it is very prevalent in my neighborhood and i saw many of them this year.
